I finally got around to installing that Richmond Powertrax Locker. I couldn't believe how fast & simple it was to install. I haven't wheeled it yet but will have a full review and pictures real soon.

Ok, here's the final analysis.
The locker was extremely easy to install and the directions are great.
The locker works great and did everything a good locker should. The only complaint I have is that the Richmond Gear/Powertrax customer service is LOUSY. I emailed them a few times with questions I had regarding the install. They still haven't gotten back to me. That was weeks ago.
I'd definately recommend this locker for anyone who is looking for a good inexpensive locker that's easy to install yourself.

Chip check to see that the cable didnt get streched any,,,, push the brake on and see if the cable is tight or not,,,it could be the e-brake shoes are shot as well from the sand,,,
