OK for anyone that lives in Delaware Do not even think about using this builder

They are a bunch of A#@ H*#@$ !!!! We are or should i say should have been done with are addition. It's down to finishing it off and i wasn't happy with the finish sanding on the sheet rock work so i held $1000 back on that draw and the F-EN A-HOLE walked off the job. So i called the county filed a complaint with the building department,The head Inspector came out the end of the week to see what was going on here. Well here is where it gets really good. He looks things over and finds a few code issues, first one i new about and was waiting to see what happen with it.
1.No insulation in the craw space
2. support beam in the craw space is touching concrete,by code there has to be a separation protection between them. So now I have to jack up the beam, crack the dry wall joints in said area to fix this issue.
3. HVAC. He ran all the duct work in flex pipe in the in the craw space there's over 40' of it. by code it has to be hard pipe to the point of termination to the vents and than flex can be used.
4.The bath room vent fan was never vented out of the house and was covered by insulation.
5.Never pulled a plumbing permit
6.Never pulled an HVAC Permit.
And he has all but $2200 of the contract payed to him as well and he's telling the subs that were not paying him at all so there not getting payed
Theres other endless things wrong that now i have to fix or get fixed.
