A guy I work with was out with his Yota 2 weeks ago. Driving down a dirt road somewhere off of 539 near the a fire tower. Now he was driving in 1st gear about 5mph when the Park Police lit him up. It was a female officer ( not Amanda ) she wrote him a $1000 ticket for trespassing. Even after he argued the fact that it was a legal road. Then she wanted to impound his truck. When he asked her why she said he don't have mud flaps! If you know anyone interested in a 90 Yota with a ton of extra parts it's for sale! This is the truck! cnj.craigslist.org/cto/2641334358.html

The only tower on 539 is right by the base and that area is off limits

This would be a lot more south of the base! This guy has been wheeling the pines for more than 20yrs! The road is legal. The problem is she is new to the area and they don't even know! They moved Sgt. Smith to Washingtons crossing.

I know the road that your describing. It's used on a regular basis by the hunters. Now there are pits right off that road that are off limits.

Thats what makes him the madest. If he was in the pits he would be OK with the ticket but he know not to go in them!

I know that road or trail well it's the connector to Jones road I used to take that on my way home from work when I used to work in hightstown, I think when he goes to cort he should be able to beat it .there is a hunting club building out there between 539 and Wells mill road I don't see why it wouldn't be accessible.
