How hard would it be to pull the tranny to fix the seal between the trans and engine. That's where all the fluid came gushing out at the car wash. Or should I just have a pro do it? I'd like to avoid the expense of a pro if at all possible. If any of you are good with transmissions and have some spare time, I'd be more than happy to spring for a gourmet Wawa meal AND drink. Any info/feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Aaron do you mean the rear seal? You have to access that via the oil pan. It's not hard but a whole day project and not easy laying on your back, on a driveway. I did mine in my YJ years ago and it took me a long time. I had an estimate of 700.00 for a pro to do it.

Yes, it's the rear seal. Am I gonna have to pull the tranny for that? Will basic tools do the job, or will I need something a little more specialized?
