i bought and installed the rough country winch plate on my wj. i really want a incline winch bumper but i just cant afford it right now or anytime in the near future so i feel this was a good compromise to getting a winch on my wj. the whole setup including winch dropped the front of my wj 5/8 of and inch.my winch is a warn 9.5ti my coils are the IRO 6.5 coils that were installed on 7-12-2010 and at the time of this post have 32,861 miles on em so they are more then broken in. total weight added to the front of the jeep was 146lbs. i did som reasearch and found out if i convert to syntehic winch line and alum fairlead i can drop 34lbs off the front of my jeep as i have steel line and metal roller fairlead on it now.
