I'm looking for a Dana 30 Axle Housing (empty carrier) or complete assembly for a TJ.
Just something till I can afford to beef it up to a 44.

Finally got a call back from the guy in Mt Holly/Pemberton. He doesn't have any TJ axles. Says he gets two or three calls a week looking for them. It must axle breaking season.

xj and tj d30's are the same, with one slight exception,....unless its out of a late-99-2001 xj, its probably better than the tj, as xj's had high-pinion..., but the early xjs are no good if you have one with the disconnect axle.....look for a 95-99 xj for the best swap (these also come with 297x outer joints instead of the 260x's of the earlier models, same as the Rubicon 44 outers)

I have one you can have chip.
the pinion seal/gear is shot so if you can rebuild it then you can have it. I also had to take out the axles and outer knuckles. You can just swap yours right on it .
Let me know
