Sometime during yesterdays trail ride, my tail lights went out along with the blinkers racing and no back-up lights... I checked all bulbs and fuses and everything looks good... Is there a relay that went screwy???

Did you check the fuses under the hood also ?
There's some flashing relays under the hood on the left hand side of the engine compartment. Could be bad.

OK, will check cause I didn't find anything on the right hand fuse box under the hood...

Ok, ran it over to my mechanic brother-in-laws... turns out the taillight guards had a rubber washer around each mounting screw... This was preventing a solid ground...
