since im new to all this i was just curious about a few different things. well i was looking at suspension lifts and i found this one www.ok4wd.com/index.php/catalog/product/bds_3_suspension_jeep_wrangler_tj/and the one main question i had was. there are these bars that extend from my axel to my frame on top and underneath both of my axels on my forward and rear. and with this lift would i need to get new set of those or are the stock ones good to go with this? also would 33'' tires fit well with this lift? and my jeep is only a 4 cylinder would that effect my engine or drive train at all, as in the strain on the whole system. because it is my daily driver... and i dont want anything major to happen to it if you are curious as to what my jeep looks like you can see it on the introduction forums ;D - Acronym

33's should fit, your gearing will be slightly tall. Waterman has it right about the skinny peddle. You should not need a slip yoke eliminator unless you expeience a lot of vibration. Make sure you use one IF you experience the vibrating. I ripped one clean off ignoring it. Also, don't go to fat on the tires.

However, down the road, I would recommended it. If 33's are what you have in mind, I would suggest a 33x10.50, to keep the extra weight down. I definitely agree with the SYE and drivetrain concensus here. Good Luck with your build!
