Here is what i started with.











Here are some pictures of the jeep sitting on all fours... I know the ubolts are long and need to get trimmed, but once iam sure everything is where i want it to be and all set up, then i will trimmed them down.. :2thumbsup: Now i just need to figure out the steering and what arms i am going to use.. So many options out there, I am starting to get a headache.. If anyone knows of any good ones out there let me know.. For right now iam going to use the stock steering and possible use hydro assist later, But definatly do not want to go full hydro yet, for this jeep is still gonna be driven on the street..







here is how i mounted the u bolt thru the carrier housing instead of grinding away the web.. I think this should be just as strong as it was before drilling the mounting for the ubolt.

Also while i am doing the SOA , I also started to put in the chevy 350 with the novak motor mounts. look good so far, but not completely set into place.

very nice Rob ! what about high steer set up ? i know austin had made something like that for his cj

Yea Rob, We have a guy who can fab you a steering set-up if you need it.
