It's easy as heck ! But this is the fast easy way. The safest way would be to get a spring compressor.
Disconnect the shocks and track bar. Put it up on jack stands on the frame as high as it will go.
Support the axle.
Put a floor jack under the ball joint on the drivers side and push it up, compressing the spring. This also forces the opposide side down to the point that a stock spring should actually fall out. Put your spacer in and put the spring up the guide/bumpstop and then seat it on the axle pearch. You might have to use a prybar to get it over the knuckle due to the spacer. Or use a spring comressor to get them back in.
Bang .... your done. Just remember safety first.
That's the quick redneck way. But you can also use a spring compressor, but you'll be there all day.

It will take you longer to jack it up then to install the spacers.

The front bump stops may give you a problem. When I installed my 4" lift I put the bump stops in a freezer for@24hrs.Didn't help me at all. So this is what I did: 1. Place the bump stop cup and bump stop in the spring prior to final install(if you install the spring first you won't be able to get the other parts between the spring coils 2. Grease the end of bump stop on the cup end 3. Place the bump stop in position and then use a crow bar to install Vince

Bump stops for what? They limit the flex and the tire will stop when it hits the fender just look at my fenders.
