The Mud-head has a leaking rear axle seal (again)...and I have a couple of worn upper control arm bushings. This is my excuse to own a press.. Yep... I have a 20 Ton bearing press on the way... All I need now is a clam shell bearing puller and I will start re-gearing my axles. ;D

well i finished swapping out the axles. Last week when we went out the driverside front lugs kept coming loose(i know vince is smiling). the brakes were rubbiong the knuckles. I took it apart and it was the hub bearing. When i did the swap i change the pass. side out because it was bad. the drivers side seemed OK so i left it. Well that one was about 1/2 inch longer so it would not let me fully tighten the lug. So NOT ALL D30 HUBS ARE THE SAME. If you ever swap them pay attention to the lug size(where the treads stop) So a quick hub swap and shes good.
PS I also have a spare set of axles now to keep in the trunk ;D

Tom, Since you are going for the showroom look you should spray the wheel wells and frame with tire foam.I've done this and it comes out great. Vince Hey-are you ever going to get it dirty?
