Mr. Elmer who was one of our CERT Instructors and The Emergency Management Coordinator passed away Thursday morning. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Elmers family.

Loving father of Robin MacBride (Andrew) of Phila., PA; Paul Elmer (Jacquelyn) of Lumberton, NJ and Megan Fisher of Long Island, NY. Devoted grandfather of Donald, Stephen, Eric, Carol Ann, Johnny, Natalie, Kurt, Brandon and Madison. Dear brother of Carol Conroy, Robert Elmer, Dorothy Lippre and Herbert "Skip" Elmer.
