Vince,, I could have gotten you passed,,and legal to John, It's alot more than that.Maybe I didn't explain myself clearly.I not only need an inspection-I also need to register and this is where the problem lies.The car gets registered as the year of the engine.Everything is based on the engine.Had the state not changed the laws pertaining to kit cars during my build none of this would be necessary.
