Waterman, is it in a spot where you can get a small cutoff tool or grinder wheel in there and cut down the center of the bolt, and try and unscrew it with a flat head ? That's what I had to do on a few. I feel your pain. Good luck.

How about one of those sockets that Sears sells. ?The socket is cone shaped on the inside with teeth to dig into the rounded head. Or grind off the head, loosen all the other body mount bolts, lift the body and then use a pair of vice grips or a pipe wrench. Vince
Or just drill it out and use a regular bolt, nut and washers.

OK take a rotary tool and cut a slot for a flat screwdriver! Then take your manual impact screwdriver insert it in the slot and give it a whack with a hammer. This should break it loose! If you don't have one you can pick mine up on your way home from work!

I stopped on the way home and picked up a set of them today vince,,and my luck it didnt work even with heat and wax trick,,,so i tried to tap on it a bit and broke the dam thing Now i have to cut a hole in the body where this mount is at and just use a longer bolt with a nut on it,,,
