im looking for a cheap cherokee. id prefer a 2 door but im not going to limit myself to one. my main concern is that it runs and drives and thats its an automatic. i know some of the older ones are stick (not sure about the 97+ ones). im laid off and this will be basically nothing more then a trail rig so im looking to stay under $1000. i know my budget is tight but im not afraid of a little work ;D

haha yea it sucked having to ride shotgun. i found 3 so far. all are high mileage but one 400 bucks ones 500 bucks and the other is 700. 2 of them are 2 doors. i just want a cheap one that i can toss a lift and tires on and wheel the hell out of it.

yea i know the rear makes noise but the guy said everything else is good. the mileage worries me a little but hes only asking 700 for it and he said hes not firm so even if i need to to drop a new motor in after a year or something it should make a good weekend warrior for a while if the rear is really the only problem.
