it wasnt locked n in a diff section, now its moved n locked??? what gives??? What do you want to know? We are going to be there and our club has a tent. had the same thing.. look at my thread here in the tech section. (smokin axle or brake) It is the caliper for sure. 66.00 at napa and they have to order them and it takes two days. Took me 15 minutes to swap out and get back on the road.
The way to check to see if its the caliper is take the pads off and see if the piston moves easily? If it takes any force to open it, it's shot.
Yes, believe it or not mine had mud packed in it which caused the rubber to breakdown.

Chip everything runs through the same line. Try unplugging everything for a few minutes and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work ask comcast to check your signal to the house. They can even check your cable modem from their office.
Its possible the cable modem is bad. What kind are you using? Is it from comcast? If it is have them come out and check everything from inside the house. Do you have any powered splitters in the lines?

go to harbor freight and start getting yourself some tools, good quality and cheap. First thing i'd get is a mig welder, then a good air compressor and air tools.
