almost sounds like a failing crank sensor? The 4.2 is basic.. good spark and gas it should go? I had an 89 for 15 years and ran into all sorts of fun issues

If anyone has time lets go to all the local forums and remind everyone about the show Saturday. The weather looks great and we are ready to go. It will be a great day.

Sounds like a weber is needed.. I had a YJ 4.2 same stuff put the weber in and it ran great. I'm sure you can find a used one in great shape somewhere. I bought mine new and barley needed any tuning right out of the box. Sounds like the weber you had was bad, I was able to really adjust my richness and had it pretty leaned out.

No... I had to work Saturday and Sunday am.. We took a ride up to see the show and stayed for a bit.. Too much going on these days.. Sorry Tom To bad its a far ride for many club members, it really is a nice show one of the best I like to attend and gets bigger all the time. Maybe next year we will have a club tent again there?
