hey everyone..new to the jeep club thing. i recently traded in my stock '08 2dr jk for an '11 2dr rubi. so far ive added bumpers, tire carrier, 16x8 pro comp steelies with 33" bfg a/ts. in the next 2 weeks my 2.5" rock krawler stock mod with bilsteins will go on. it only has 400 miles on it and im getting real poor real quick. if i spend another dime my wife says i'll be sleeping in the jeep, so the winch will have to wait a bit. anyways about 3 years ago i bumped into someone from this forum at a wawa on rt 33 in hamilton, really nice guy. he gave me a business card from this club which sat in my wallet for years. i found it a few weeks ago and figured better late then never. i have tons to learn and i hope this is a good place to do so. thanks

Welcome! That nice guy from Hamilton would have to be me! I wouldn't worry about a winch! I've been wheelin for years and still don't have one. Do you live in the Hamilton area? I live down the street from the Wawa.

i do, i live by robert wood johnson hosp. i cant remember your ride but i do recall the conversation we had. i believe you(or somelse with club business cards) have a teenage son, i remember you talking about either working on your ride with him or working on a ride you gave to him something like that. i think it was fall or winter of 08.
