Really want the poly performance one's but they are little pricey any one use moogs or suggest another brand, they will be getting installed in a jk which shouldnt matter just looking for a reasonably priced partthats a better than oem ones and are greaseable.

Moogs are pretty much top of the line but are also pricey. Look in to Spicer Ball Joints. Alot of offroad guys like them even better than the Moogs and they are 1/2 the price. Good luck! I currently have the Moogs and Dennis has the Spicers. So far so good on both.

Most definitely on the moog or spicer! I replaced one side on mine with mevotech and I think I need to replace again! Before Rausch Creek at Halloween!
I would look into heavy duty frontend parts if your replacing stuff anyway!

I was looking at the Rock Krawler drag link but doesn't come ends and they tell you to buy the oem, does moog or spicer make tie rod ends also, would really like something greasable, none of the front end is greasable on this vehicle.

I talked to The machanic at work he's a mud guy and his friends run the giant tire rigs. He told me about a company call carli. Thats what they use on the trucks 44's! Well they don't make a ball joint for jeeps and they are $450 each. Has anyone heard of proforged?

In JP Magazine about 2 months ago they had an all about JK issue and all the front end problems they had on these and what to upgrade. Most of it had to do with the axles and lockers themselves but overall the whole front end needs to be upgraded for any kind of decent wheeling. I'm not familiar with the Rock Crawler drag link but if it calls for OEM TRE's, Moog does make them. Check out www.Rockauto.com and look up your year and model Jeep. There are about 8 different listings for your year Wrangler so pick your model accordingly. They do have the Moog's though. They ship really fast and if you search online, there is normally a 5% online discount coupon and you can use it as many times as you want.

I know Rock Krawler makes some heavyduty stuff! I have their UCA's on the LJ. I can't see making a heavyduty link with stock ends. Instead of bending the link you'll break the end.

Thats what I thought but the Rock Krawler comes with no ends and recomends the OEM and the poly drag link at least comes with one end and you have to buy the joint for the pitman arm end,go figure.

Little up date I took the jeep to get the tires balanced that was a big help I can drive on the parkway without white knuckling it,still has a shimmy when I hit bumps but the tires were 75% of the problem,it drives really good .Gonna replace the draglink ends a nd go from there they checked the balljoints and said they were in good shape so I'm gonna hold off on that for now.If I get some OT at work I might go for the AEV high steer kit the price is compatable with some of aftermarket drag link kits out there.

Check the unit bearings! Did you use a drop steeringarm when you did the lift? If so put the stock one back on. The track bar and draglink need to be close to the same angle. This makes a world of difference in the bump steer!

I will take a look at that,I have an adjustable track bar so that may need some adjustment.
