Hey guys, just looking for your guys opinion on tires. I am thinking off upgrading my stockers to something more beefy. I do want to get a lift down the road (from my research seems like the 3" BDS is very popular but it also seems like I could get away with a cheaper budget boost or could I?) but I am thinking of getting 31'' tires so that I can run these on stock suspension now ( I think this is possible - from what I've been reading). At any rate, I looked and it seems like the BFGoorich tires are good but do I go with the A/T or M/T? The size would be 31x10.5R15.
Second option would be, getting the lift first and then getting possibly the 32" or 33", I don't "think" I'd ever want/need to go bigger then 33". Lifts are a whole other monster though and I am more confused then ever. I see everything from budget boosts, body lifts, to suspension lits. Uggh help.
At any rate, I'm hoping to lean on you guys for suggestions/opinions since you guys have the experience.
Thanks in advance.

For a budget lift I would start with a 2" Coil Spacer Lift or Spring lift. It's very inexpensive, easy and lets you run 32" tires with no problems. If you get 31" tires get the Peb Boys Definity Tires (Buy 3 get 1 Free). That's what I'm running and they've been pretty good and most importantly affordable.
If you have the money get a Complete 4" Liftkit and run 33's. You'll be good to go. Procomp, Mickey Thompson, BFG, Maxxis, etc. are all good Mud Terrains.
Check with our sponsors/vendors. They'll be glad to answer any questions you may have & let you know what options are best for you.

Id say dont monkey around if your gonna lift it dont cut yourself short and just go for the BDS you wont be dissapointed as for tires i would suggest the dunlop mud rovers these are an awsome tire priced right they wear very well and awsome offroad traction and on the road too . if you budget boost your only gonna waist money because you will be lifting it with a real kit anyway budget boosts are for Super crawlers that dont use there jeeps all the time for what there for

I have to agree, when I first got my Jeep I was thinking along the lines of BB's and 31's or 32's... But everyone talked me into going with the 4" suspension lift and 33's... It cost more, but it's definately an investment for the better and I'm really glad I went that route... Now I'm ready for 35's or 36's...hehehe

3" BDS & 2" buget boost on 33's.. your options depend on your wallet. A BB is a good starter but figure you will be swapping that out in a year for a 6" long arm to fit your 35's.. Its gonna happen you can't stop it. "Its a Jeep Thing"
