My shift motor is not connected. I have 4 plastic tubes coming from the top of the NP 207 transfer case that have been cut off @ the rear of the case. I also have a switch mounted under the dash with electrical spades & 3 vacuum ports. There are 2 vac hoses coming from the rear of the switch. They were wire tied in front of the oil pan. I cut the wire tie & the hoses are long enough to reach the shift motor. The switch under the dash is a 2 position switch, like the old light switches in cars. Anyone id the switch & tell me how to plumb the shift motor in? Pics here: www.delawareja.com/gallery2/main.php/v/cdlongjr/?action=gallery

Hope this helps! i38.tinypic.com/ri7kvr.jpg You can also replace the axle with a one piece inner axle but I think you have to put a seal inside the housing.
